Ben Hoang

Ben is currently a Senior Associate within Building BLOC’s People Team and also is a Talent Acquisition Specialist working alongside some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in order to bring in top-tier employees while also providing people with the opportunity to jumpstart their careers within the fields of Marketing, Program/Project Management, Software Engineering, and Data Science/Engineering to name a few. Ben recently graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience. Outside of work, Ben is passionate about volleyball, cooking, and mentoring students and recent graduates about career opportunities and alternate pathways to success.
