Jessie Chen

Jessie is our Human Resources Analyst within Building BLOC. She graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and is currently enrolling in the Master of Science in Law program at Northwestern University for Fall 2020. Jessie recently completed the Disney College Program and enjoys working closely with people. She also strives to support teenagers and young adults’ through their life experiences, especially with international students. She has been providing organized information to students as well as parents by serving as a student ambassador at an international educational organization within the past three years. Jessie has also worked as a research assistant in several psychology laboratories and market research firms. She is passionate about industrial psychology and would like to contribute in fields that improve work environments for local and international employees.
