Wendy Guo

Wendy is a manager in a leading global advisory firm specialized in consulting for large-scale HR transformations & transactions. She possesses experience in workforce management, business process redesign, organizational design, workforce planning and data analysis and reporting. Wendy specializes in providing data-driven insight and storytelling through data so that talent can be managed and developed to deliver clear and concise business outcomes. Wendy graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration. Outside of work, Wendy is passionate and adamant about giving back to the community. She currently is our Director of People within Building BLOC, looking to support future leaders and organizations.
